At the law office of Hjulmand & Kaptain we attach great importance to prompt, efficient and competent handling of any assignment entrusted to us by our customers.
We are continuously striving to develop our systems of procedure and quality control for the purpose of ensuring our customers that our knowledge and expertise is fully available in each individual case. Accordingly, our strategy is to maintain our position as a leading office within the newest information and communication technology.
Normally at least two lawyers are attached to each customer, thus being responsible towards the customer, co-ordinating and attending to all cases on behalf of the said customer. In this way one lawyer is always at the customers disposal, both being equally aware of the costumer�s specific wishes and requirements.
All our lawyers are equipped with a general knowledge and experience forming the basis of their general counselling. The individual lawyers are specialised within one or more professional fields. Some of our lawyers are further teaching at universities or other educational institutions, and some act as public administrators or court-assigned counsels or hold directorships in business companies and foundations as well as positions of trust within the Danish Bar and Law Society.
