The fees fixed by Hjulmand & Kaptain are based on the time consumed in the procedure of each case. We do, however, also consider the character of a case, any financial values and interests involved as well as the result achieved on behalf of the customer.
Cases of long duration and cases for customers with a current backlog of cases are subject to a quarterly settlement, unless otherwise agreed. This ensures that the customer is kept up to date at all times on the amount of the fee concerned. In certain types of cases we may request deposit of a partial amount.
The quality requirements applied in our procedure are bound to be reflected in the said fees, and we attach great importance to an openness in the fixing of fees and in connection with the service rendered to the customer. Specific categories of cases, such as sales of real property and collection proceedings, may be subject to specific fee arrangements.
