It is our general judgement that an optimum counselling in relation to transactions with foreign partners, involving legislation and traditions of foreign countries, is most easily achieved through a co-operation with local counsels in the individual countries. Accordingly, Hjulmand & Kaptain have established a co-operation with a number of foreign law firms world-wide.
Our firm is further a member of the international network of International Jurists represented in the US and several European countries. International Jurists is an organization counting more than 700 lawyers and officers, covering a wide range of legal specialities.
