Among the customers of Hjulmand & Kaptain are a number of companies listed on the stock exchange.
We offer legal services to companies and financial agents as to the listing and sale of shares and bonds. This applies by listings both on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and First North. We assist in preparing prospectus and ? up legal documents, guarantees and internal codes of practice in connection with the rules and regulations of the stock exchange.
In addition to this, we perform verification and due diligence in connection with the elaboration of prospectus.
