The special areas of practice of our transportion department comprise counselling in contractual matters and areas of responsibility in any field of transportion, whether by road, air, rail or sea. Thus, we have obtained a considerable experience in protecting our customers’ interests in dealing with cases of complaint and trying lawsuits of liability and recourse.
We are able to assist our customers in rendering commercial counselling on the purchase and sale/insurance of transportion equipment, including ships and airplanes, and we assist our customers in their contacts and negotiations with public authorities.
